With all the gathered data from our 6 disciplines, Horsely-Witten developed a survey to be filled out by everyone. Once the survey is complete, the Region 5 HMCC  with the Horsley-Witten Group, will conduct a workshop where the information from the survey will be discussed in order to create a realistic Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (HVA). Once completed, the HVA will be sent to Region 5 HMCC disciplines.
