Current Projects

An Executive Committee was selected and a governance document (Principles of Operations) was approved.  The work plan identifies planning and response issues for the HMCC to work on and includes:

• Review of the Regional Emergency Coordination Plan

• Continuing the update of resources in Region 5

• Maintaining all contact information current

• Working with hospitals on surge preparedness

• Develop a preparedness plan, continuity of operations, resource annexes

• Regional health equity projects

• Annual Hazard and Vulnerability Analysis (HVA)
